2016 seems to have been filled with negativity, death, sadness & world spread fear.. does anyone have some positive things that they could share to lighten the mood a bit? I feel as if EVERYTHING around me is negative (work, news, etc) and I just need some positivity!!! What good things have you heard or have happened to you lately? :)

I posted about it earlier. I got sole custody. But I got trolled for saying it.
Apparently I should "get a blog" and the site is only for asking questions they can specifically answer or know how to answer as if I should be able to read their mind to know what to ask.
I started a new Relationship almost a year ago. We're a month off our one year anniversary. It's been a magical year for me. I wasn't looking for love when I met him, I didn't know what I had found but I do now. I never knew life could be so good. We've been talking about kids and our futures. He says we can start making our own little family next year. I'm excited to boot. Let the next 8 months go quickly!!
I learned to be comfortable with who I am, my best friend passed earlier this year and it took me on a terrible emotional roller coaster but it led me to discover I was merely exisiting and not living so I promised myself and her I would say yes more and it has led to a new perspective on life and friendships but a new perspective on myself and it has been so liberating and freeing I miss my friend so much but I want to make sure I live for the both of us and see beauty when I feel pain
My third baby was born in January, he is an absolute godsend. It was an accidental pregnancy which we weren't sure how to feel about, but this little boy has proved that he was made for our family and is so adored. Everyone around me was carrying on about how hard having three children would be, but this little guy has proved them all wrong. He forever has a smile on his face and is proof that everything Happens for a reason!
My sister-in-law announced her pregnancy and her engagement within 4 days of eachother!! I'm so happy for her, she deserves the world.
My sister's business is FLYING, she has been so brave going it alone when many told her it wouldn't work, but now she gets to do what she loves ALL DAY and she is so happy I could burst with pride.
At the same time, my Dad is having a knee replacement, another sister is separating from her husband and some of my friendships seem to be coming to an end.
Positives and negatives are a part of life and I truly believe you can't appreciate the highs without a few lows. It's just depends what you decided to concentrate on.
