Im writing in today to ask about pregnancy home, and blood test.
So the reason.. I was a little bit irresponsible with my pill last month, and missed 1 pill in the middle of the month, and skipped the last 2 days of it thinking i would get my period.
Now i am 10 days late and keep getting negative home test. I went to the doctor and my blood test came back negative as well. My breast have gone tender, getting cramps, feeliing sick, forgetting everything, my partner even says sex feels different, sex for me is way more intense as well, my son and cat are super clingy to me as well which is weird but im enjoying the cuddles.
We are totally ok if we are pregnant, the negative results are actually making us dissapointed now. So i was just wondering if anyone has been through this? And if you have how did you eventually find out you were pregnant? Because this is doing my head in.

My 2nd baby never showed up on home pregnancy tests (even though I knew I was pregnant - morning sickness, pure exhaustion sore boobs etc).
3rd was missed by a urine test in the hospital (I was admitted for surgery that couldn't go ahead if I were pregnant, testing was just for standard procedure I had no idea she was in there lol). She was missed again a week later by blood test (I ended up in the ER with odd symptoms, which they put down to surgery complications and an infection). I would have been around 6 to 8 weeks along at this point, so it is possible.
Your best bet would just to wait it out for another week, if there's still no period test again, if it's still negative ask your doctor for a referral for a scan.
That is crazy, i know I'd only be very early so hopefully thats the reason its not showing on test yet.. The plan is to wait another week home test, then doc. Waiting is making my partner and i go crazy lol.
I didn't get a positive until I was almost a month late. It is completely possible it is just early days and not showing up. I'd just start looking after yourself as if you were and try to put it out of your mind for a bit. It is also possible your period is just late which can be caused by many different reasons. Just wait it out for a little bit longer see what happens
Thanks, waiting sucks but i guess it takes time haha. With my other son i found out at about 5 weeks, so thinking its too soon for the test if i am.

I am still late not even any spotting, and a home pregnancy test nearly every day all negative. My lower abdomen feels like something is in there especially when i lay on my belly or push on it, my boobs are still tender, still nauseous, im super sensitive as well now. I am waiting until im due for my next period and if i miss that, back to the doctor for bloods, and hppefully a scan.
