Just to start off here is a bit of background information; I am in my early to mid thirties, several years ago before i fell pregnant with my youngest child i was diagnosed with PCOS, since then i am lucky to have my period more than twice a year and currently it has been almost a year since my last period.
Since around Christmas time I have had pressure and almost period like pain in my lower stomach, but each week would go by and still no period. I recently went to see a new Dr. and she sent me for blood tests and a pelvic ultrasound. My bloods have come back fairly normal but as soon as we got to the ultrasound the Dr. said she wants to send me to a Gynecologist.
On the ultrasound report the Dr. told me that it said I have endometrial thickness that was thicker than normal and while she said I shouldn't worry she wants me to go get a biopsy with the Gynecologist ASAP because it can be serious and can be an early sign of endometrial cancer. While I have no family history of that cancer I do have family history for breast cancer and early stage cervical cancer.
Also urine test, blood test and ultrasound all ruled out pregnancy as well. I have been asked multiple times (from friends and family) could I be pregnant.
So I am just wondering has anyone else had something similar, how was your experience, outcomes etc?

Were you due for your period soon?
Im asking because the uterine line gets very thick right before your period starts
I have irregular cycles and I haven't had my period since July 2020. I could be due for my period but the Dr. said she doesn't think I have been ovulating so that is why I am not getting a period.
