This depends on the state you reside in. We are Victorian based and our process is pretty simple, the VRQA is our governing body and they have tonnes of information on their website including instructions on how to enrol.
Find and join a Facebook group for homeschooling specific to your state. Usually all the info you need is there as well as people who are happy to help you get started.
