Can I get fired if my boss finds out I’m looking for a new job? My boss is very volatile. NSW
If you are casual they will be able to. If you are permanent it will be more difficult for them.
If permanent & not under probation then no. If casual or on probation, yes.
They can, however, make your job environment very unpleasant or find a 'reason' to fire you.
