I have a moral ethical dilemma and wondering if I can get some help with how to handle it :) I attend a health college studying a health related diploma. i have kids, family, house etc lots of stress, but I'm giving it my all in this course for a better future. It's a daily struggle. I have a friend who also attends, she does not have any responsibilities, yet she's cheating. She told me herself, and has involved another girl. Usually, I would stay out of it, it's none of my business. But unfortunately in this particular field, it's dangerous and I will be negligent if she caused an injury or death (I wish I was exaggerating). My close friends I've spoken to have said I have no choice but to contact the teacher about it. I don't know how? And when I see her I will feel so guilty... I'm scared of the implications.. I'm scared the teacher might just say mind ya business. Any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated. Thank you mummas

Contact the teacher. Just say, I feel really torn about it, I'm not normally one to stick my nose in but I'm really worried about the ramifications of what my friend told me.
Otherwise you probably have a school counsellor who can help you.
How guilty -a-w!ould you feel if you didn't report her and she passed and ruined someone's life and family because of her negligence?
I don't mean to be harsh but if it is as serious as you suggest then that's your options :(
She ruined her own chances by being dishonest and irresponsible, you shouldn't feel guilty for doing the right thing for everyone. Maybe just an anonymous letter to the teacher or someone higher up the chain would do the job.
Good luck IM x
