Things to do and see

Hi, traveling from Brisbane to Jindabyne on June/July school holidays. Have about a week to get down to Jindabyne. Wanting to know what are the best things to go and see on the way down. Have three kids 2x15 yr olds and a 6 yr old. Want to see as much as we can.
