Hi mums, I have seen many "young mums" groups on Facebook,notice boards, school newsletter etc. They seem to be aimed at teen or 20's.or on the other end, the mature aged (50+)mums. However I am 39yr old mum to 3 school aged kids living in the Illawarra and don't have many friends. I don't feel as though I "fit" the target group of these groups.
Is there a group or services that run for non-judgemental middle aged mums in the Illawarra.

Start your own group and then you set the tone IE support, fun, connection, open minded, cafe, walk n talk, whatever your thing is
