I've just joined the sisterhood - I'm wondering if there's anyway to tell if you're pregnant before I miss my period? Everything online is so conflicting.. I've never been pregnant before

The only way to tell if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test, I have better to take it after your period was due. Lots of things can mimick pregnancy symptoms.
There are many signs to suggest pregnancy before you actually miss your period. However every woman is different and pregnancys can vary as well. For example i have two children and with my first pregnancy (before i missed my period) i got frequent headaches, felt more tired and rundown, got cramps and back ache. My second pregnancy (before i missed my period) i had horrible nausea and reflux and frequent headaches. But i think its a matter of you just feel different.
The only way to be 100% certain is a blood test to confirm because even pregnancy tests can be inaccurate, but usually the missed period is the first 'sign'. Typical pms symptoms can also be an indicator but not always, sometimes the signs are subtle and you don't really notice them. Once you are pregnant you will know trust me Xx
Pregnancy symptoms are a lot like period symptoms. When I was pregnant I had no idea until I was late. You'll just have to wait to see if you are late and then take a test.
Take a test. Tingling nipples was my first clue, then nausea without vomiting but the feeling was just always there.
Oh yes and the tiredness, more than tired its like trying to run on no power.
I'm not sure a test would pick up pregnancy this early??
A test probably wouldn't give accurate results this early.
Clear blue can be used 6 days before. Go to the shop and read the boxes, you may get a false negative if too early but you won't get a false positive anyway.
