Is this normal in early pregnancy

Hi I’m just looking if anyone has had a similar experience, I am currently pregnant with my fourth child, it’s very early, only 5?weeks, I am getting a lot of discomfort around my cesarean scar and a bit of spotting for the last couple of days. I have had an ultrasound yesterday and it’s says there was no fetal pole and a Subchorionic hemorrhage, I have googled which has made me more concerned and I knew I shouldn’t. I have no thyroid and a history or blood clots so I’m more paranoid as I’m at a higher risk for miscarriage, can any one please tell me if this is normal or if it could be something bad. I can’t see my gp until next week.
