Placenta previa

Hi I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with my fourth child, the first 3 were delivered by cesarean, I have had an ultrasound this week and they have said that my placenta is covering my cervix, as it is along the previous scars chances are they want to do a hysterectomy to help control the bleeding. I have made the mistake of googling this and I’m now petrified, has anyone else gone through this and can tell me it will all be ok? Thanks
