Uterine Prolapse

Uterine Prolapse

I recently gave birth to my 4th baby and I am now experiencing what I am 99.9% sure is a Uterine Prolapse, based on symptoms and photos I have researched. I am between stage l and ll.

I cant get into my Midwife/OBGYN until next week but while im waiting I wanted to see if anyone else has been through this and did not require surgery? How did you fix it or did it go away on its own? Any helpful advice apart from "Do your pelvic floors!" haha I have done so many its ridiculous.

Its so annoying! I wish it would just disappear!

I totally agree with some on the FB page that have said see a womens health physio. What area are you in?
