Scared of painful breast feeding , can they be preparred for breastfeeding before bubs born to limit pain. Has anyone done anything to them to prepare them. Like desensitize them ? Sounds weird lol but legit fear the pain again. Tips tricks what did you do.

I would recommend seeing a lactation consultant. You can see them prior to having baby as well as once baby is born. It made all of the difference for me. Also have lansinoh cream, hydrogel discs on hand and quality breast pads
You can buy nipple shields, get the soft silicone ones from the chemist. I used them right from the start. They’re a bit of a pain but really do save you the pain. Also get a really good thick balm like Lanolin
