I am looking at a new career path but can't decide out of two courses to study. I'm contemplating weather to study certificate III in childcare or a cert III aged care.
Is there any mums that work in those fields that could give me some advice. Do you love your job working in either childcare / aged care, ? Do you find it hard?
Who is the best course providers to study through ,? I'm really wanting to get back into the workforce after being a stay at home for many years and I'm not qualified in those areas but am interested in gaining a long term career.
Course options - can't decide

Before you choose do some work experience in both environments.
First of all, good on you for wanting to get back into the work force. Being a mum does not mean throwing away your career! I work in age care. Im not in a retirement village though I drive out to the elderlys homes in the company car and shower them, take them to appointments, go out for coffees and make them meals ect. I much prefer this as I found the retirement homes depressing (each to their own) I am casual and am on $25 an hour but have set hours and days. I believe part timers get around $20 an hour. I love my job. Good luck!
