Needing help with baby names for boys.
We have a Steele and a Tyler. Tyler was born early and we didn't get time to search for a name and sometimes I feel like he definitely he has the wrong name. Not long to go now and we've searched and search for a name. It's so hard many of the names that we didn't hate are names family or close friends children.
Lachlan (lockie) is at the top of the list but we're not set on this and it's kind of well it's the only one we don't hate and baby needs a name.
We liked Ryan but is a friends sons name.
Other names that have made it to a list to give some idea of the names we could deal with are.
Hudson , Hunter, Tobias (Toby) doesn't grow on me , partner likes Ekekiel but I don't. I liked Zaidan, Brayden, but they are out. Ryder was another name but recently been used twice in our family
James is mostly likely the middle name.
I want something a little unique but not out there but slightly "traditional"
It's like trying to win the lotto and find that milliondollar baby name that hasn't been heard before. Doesn't exist.
Happy to play with spelling a little but prefer correct English and pronounciation not something that will be difficult for buns to live with , forever correcting spelling etc

We have 2 Catherine's, 2 Patricia's, and 2 charlottes in our family. If you like a name just use it. :)
I find it so stressful naming my kids cos lets face it they have to have it for life. If you like the name perhaps try a different version i have two boys and picked their names for the uniqueness and they where unique when they where born but some have become more popular now. My sons are Ryder and Kaiden.
I have a Ryder and a Slater. If DD was a boy, she would have been Hudson. I also love Fletcher, Nate and Lachy. Good luck :)
I liked Slater but had a girl
I have Zander. Also short listed for boy - Slater and Quade and also liked Hudson.
My partner and I had trouble finding a girls name but had a whole list for boys. Not that i can remember most of them now though. Atlas was our favourite and is still the top runner for if we have a boy =)
I think if you like a name just use it :) hunter's, hudson's and anything that ends in yden seem so common at the moment. I try to steer clear of common names. My boy is Alby which we love.
