6 eggs 4 bacon rashes (chopped)
1 small onion (diced finely)
In a pie dish put one sheet on puff pastry. Spread the onion and bacon over the bottom of the dish. Whisk the 6 eggs together and pour over the top. Put the other sheet of puff pastry on top and add some vent holes. Bake in oven at about 180 until the top is golden.
We also like to add sundried tomatoes and mushrooms, but up to you.
Definitely have to make sure you put the air holes in the top other wise it steams and it doesn’t cook real well”.
