Hi, I have gained considerable weight. I sit all day at a desk. I am trying to increase my movement and watch what I eat. It does not help that I am now in peri and am struggling to drop weight. My hair is so gross. It’s super thick and dry and crunchy. I wear it in a bun most of the time. What are some tried and tested products that will make my hair softer? I want to be able to wear it out all the time without being embarrassed. All advice welcome. Thankyou 😘
