Help
I was given a cat by my sister in law cos she couldn't care for it properly
This cat is 2 years old, female.
The cat is generally in good health except it isn't microchipped, desexed, latest vaccinations or chipped.
How do I go about this without copping fines for it.?

You just go to the vet. You won't get fines
You wont get fined. Just go to the vet. You would only get fined by the council of they came to your door for random check or if the cat gets out and gets caught. The vets do not report to council. And are not required to
