Hi there sisterhood I'm needing a little advice. My 2.5 year old son has never been a big eater when we started introducing solid food I wasn't in a good place mentally so it didn't really happen it was easier at the time to just give him a bottle ans be done with it and now I'm lucky if I can get him to eat 3 or 4 fork/spoon fulls of food, I have done the finger food he eats one or two things then just walk off, he's to big to sit in a high chair. I worry that he's going to have a unhealthy relationship with food and it's all my fault

it actually doesn't sound too bad at all, a lot of what you described is pretty normal for a 2.5 year old. They just are far more interested in playing and exploring than food at this point in there life.
So although I think you should get a referral because this is upsetting you and worrying you, I don't think you've damaged your child.
There is no harm in taking your child to the doctors - it's always best to be safe, especially when it comes to our precious children!
But I also think you should arrange a mental health care plan for yourself as well whilst you are there.
There is no shame in post natal depression, but what you said about giving your son bottles because 'it was easier' is a sign that you need an extra bit of help.
Are you feeling better now?
You can get up to 10 free therapy sessions a year if you continue to struggle.
As for the food, just keep offering your son a wide selection of food. There's bound to be a few things he'll eat and you can hide fruit or vegetables in a tonne of meals.
Pastas, savoury muffins, fruit smoothies with hidden veggies....
As long as the small amount he eats is healthy enough, and he drinks enough water/milk, I wouldn't be too worried.
Just keep offering him healthy snacks throughout the day and if he's hungry, he'll take it.
