Best prams/strollers?

Hi IM's,
What would you recommend as a brilliant light weight and easy to use stroller?

I currently have a 3 year old daughter who does not use the pram as she prefers to walk everywhere, and a 3 month old son. I have the strider plus with the capsule and second seat attachment. However, it is a bulky and fairly heavy pram so looking to down size once our son is out of the capsule in roughly a few months.

What strollers have you loved? And what strollers would you avoid?
