Am I to old to have kids

Hi I'm 34 and have had bad side pain turns out I have masses on ovires in them and also the pouch of Douglas have googled that my question is has anyone had masses removed at this again and been able to have children as I was told today to give up on the idear I've been off birth control for 14months my periods r from 26-79 days and I really want a baby

I have a 7yr old so I know it was possible and I'm waiting app for gyno ect just would like some positive news

My masses do have blood supply not sure if that helps and had ultra sound done 6 months ago they were less then 1mm now they range from 26mm to 8mm ??

I'm also in mid 30s non smoker and not over weight
