Social worker. I have been interested in studying to become a social worker and wondering what the salary is. I've seen a lot of ads on job sites for social workers which pay between $99k-$106k, and Im guessing this is a senior role with 5yrs experience. Is it really possible to get this salary as a social worker though? I've spoken to social workers who have been in the field 10-20yrs and they have never reached that level.

Most work in the lower pay grade. The social workers that earn more money are senior management type roles.
