Hi All, Question for mummas with toddlers

just have a big question.. i have a 2.5 and 1.5 year old and they are quite fussy eaters (no rice, pasta, egg, meats) basically you name it they won't eat it.. i'm at the very beginning of my journey and i'm really worried that if i change their diets as well that they'll be hungry all the time! i guess my question is what do you do with you kids?? keep some baby food around just in case but still offer the healthy stuff first?? or just the healthy things or something else all together .. i feel bad when they about food stuff and just worried they won't eat any of the new things to be introduced soon please help..

My girl can't eat dairy, egg or kiwi fruit due to allergies... Since a hospital trip around 18 months old she won't eat vegies. So she also is hard to feed at times.
we stick to healthy for most meals, if there's no option she has to eat it.
fruit we buy the ones she eats most if the time n introduce a new one on occasion but make a fruit platter so she has some option, most of time she trys it at least once.
vegies wise we give her a vegie sachet from shops (seems to be only 1 that she will eat) but we see it as its better then nothing n its only once a day with dinner. We still offer her everything we eat but aren't as stressed if she eats vegie sachet n meat.

all you can do is keep offering it and make sure they don't fill up on junk, because my girl will starve herself if she thinks you will give her junk later or even bottles.
