Family trip to Hong Kong

hi IM's,

Wondering if I can please get recommendations from people that have travelled to Hong Kong with their little ones?
We are doing our first trip there next year from Australia and other than Disneyland and ocean park, can anyone recommend activities for our family of 4 to do? Kids will be aged 5 and 9 when we head there.
Would also love insight about parts of Hong Kong you may have stayed and names of hotels?
