Starting up a fashion label

Hey Ladies!
I'm in the process of starting up my own fashion label. I have my designs/labels/logos ect all ready, but I'm finding the to be extremely difficult to get help with.
I've called and emailed multiple manufactures, who never ever get back to me. I've messaged other businesses asking for advice, they never reply.
I have great ideas I want to share with women of today, but how will I ever get there if nobody is ever going to help me get my foot in the door?

So, my question to you all is-
How do I source RELIABLE manufactures who will ACTUALLY email or at least call me back?
No, I don't want these 'slogan tees' everyone has these days. I want fully customised clothing made, so do I need to provide an already made or at least roughly made sample to manufactures to give them ideas of what it is im looking to have made? Obviously I've done drawings, an I will say I'm not the most artistic haha.

Any and all advice is so greatly appreciated!
Thanks ladies :)

Most fashion labels start sewing themselves. Then once they are selling stock in large enough number of items move to larger manufacturing.
Yes you'd at least need to be able to make your own samples. Drawing an item and then representing that in actual fabric can be very different.

Most bigger communities these days have a business innovation hub. Your local Council will have contact details if you don't know where to find them. Go and have a chat with them. These Hubs are very aware of the needs of start-up businesses and have great contacts. I agree with the poster below - mostly you need to sew your own samples and often your first collection. But the Hub should be able to put you in touch with a mentor in the fashion industry to discuss this and other challenges you'll face in this industry. Good luck!

Hey! Exciting idea for a business. I came across this website that might be helpful to you, it has free information for people starting a fashion label and I think they also do paid consulting if you wanted more 1-1 help. Good luck! http://www.29andseptemberstudio.com/studioblog/
