how to be happy?

How to be happy ?

It may seem obvious to some. But I'm struggling. i have a great life, as a single mum. Im able to do what i love an enjoy for work which allows me to 90% of the time work from home. Which in turn I'm there for my kids. What most people would kill for.. But I'm not happy. I am not depressed, I'm just not happy. unsure however how to get there? I've had counselling/seen a phycologist. i meditate. i walk daily. i eat reasonable well, with a balanced diet. drink lots of water. i sleep, for the most part well despite being up since 3am this morning..
I've booked in to get reiki, in the hopes that this can help.
am i alone in this ?
do you have an ideas as to how to help become happy ?

Try telling yourself positives, when ever u feel down. (with out good reason) just repeat in your head I'm happy, healthy and beautiful ,I am worthy.... Etc... Some believe that if u hear something enough u will end up believing it, i found it does help to a point, also make time for friends and family

Have you tried a gratitude journal? Try writing down two or three things you are grateful for every day :)

In the list of all you do that should make you happy you don't actually list a definitive thing you do that makes you happy. So what is it? Do you like to draw, dance, paint, take photos, play footy or netball, sing, garden, get crafty, volunteer, cook? Could be something that will help.
