Family court document preparation

Family court document preparation

If there was a service you could use where your family court documents/affidavits were prepared for you so they looked professionally compiled but the service only provided doc prep and not legal advice, would you pay for it? Basically it would be great for self rep parties who can't afford to have a lawyer draw up all their documents but you still want outstanding looking documents that look professional and are structured how the family court likes them to be.

It would depend on the cost compared to the lawyer cost. We mostly prepped ours and then had lawyer look them over, they'd needed to look them over anyway to make sure we didn't put in too much info or too little
