I’m trying to beat sugar addiction, anyone got any tips? Open to anything, I’ve been experiencing withdrawals from sugar about 3pm afternoon onwards and I usually cave!

Weaning off it.
Cold turkey doesn’t work for me, so I just wean.
Start having less sugar in your coffee.
Start only allowing yourself 1 cup of soft drink a day for a while.
Replace snacks with fruit until you don’t need to sweet hit.
Definitely a weaning down rather than cutting it off in a hard line. It will also decrease the chances of you getting into a binge/deprivation cycle
Also look at your over all food balance. Are you eating enough at meal times etc.
Ensure you have a high protein lunch and a satisfying snack (apple with nut butter is quite good) at the 3pm crash is a good way to avoid giving into the sweet cravings!
Pears are best when cutting out sugar
See a naturopath or wholistic GP. Get a full work up done. You may need some supplements while detoxing, and they’ll give you a specific diet to follow.
I’m currently on a low calorie, no sugar, gluten, dairy or processed food diet. I dropped caffeine too just for shits and giggles, it was tough for a week or two but I feel amazing now
