Eating

Toddler 20months old and used to be a great eater Veges fruit - everything. Now he won't eat anything. Has become very fussy and he says everything is yuck. Help any suggestions?? Or is he just going through a stage.

Phase! And it can last a very long time. My now 2 year old was a brilliant eater, he too thinks everything is yuck.
His older brother did exactly the same thing.

Just a phase all toddlers go through.

Definitely a phase but I always got some goodness into the kids with smoothies.
Frozen mixed berries, spinach leaves, Greek yoghurt and a bit of water.
Or banana and frozen mango with yoghurt and water. It’s a winner

It's a stage. Keep serving up a small amount (like a bite) of the foods he's refusing. He doesn't have to eat it but it must stay on his plate. Don't create pressure around it. Give him some foods you know he will eat (healthy, of course) and one bite of whatever the family is eating if he's saying yuck. Keeps that food familiar and normal. One day, he might pick it up and play with it. One day he might lick it. One day he might scream and cry and want it off his plate. Two steps forward, one back.
