We have been talking about a sea change for many years but this year, we want to take action. We currently live in Victoria and are open to an interstate move but love Victoria. We're looking for somewhere that is fairly safe, family friendly and has good employment opportunities and is affordable. (I know, asking a lot!). We're currently on 1 wage whilst our baby is little and I build my business (it's an online business and can be done from anywhere). We have 2 other children and will be renting.
Thank you.
Looking for a sea change, where do I start looking?

Yeppoon is beautiful :)
Might also be helpful to know what industry you're looking for employment too
Inverloch in Vic but depending on what work you need, might be scarce.
To tick all the boxes I’d say Gold Coast, just back a bit from the Coast, in the hinterland, or there’s Northern NSW, Pottsville is family friendly and not far from Tweed and GC for work. The more built up an area is, the cheaper it is and more work opportunities.
Forget Byron area, it’s beautiful but bloody expensive and low on well paying jobs...
