Weight loss help

Does anyone know of any diet pills that actually work?? Not a magic pill that will make me skinny over night, I'm talking like appetite suppressants. I really struggle to loose weight as I really really enjoy my food way too much!!! Maybe something like an appetite suppressant could help me?? Anything I could try?? Thankyou

I haven't tried anything in the way of diet pills, but I have friends who have and they've found while weight loss happens, they rebound once they stop them. Focusing on behavioural changes is your best bet, and just make small, sustainable changes over time to stop it being overwhelming. I find ensuring I'm getting plenty of protein (from lean meats, fish, Greek yogurt, protein supps) and fibre helps fill me up enough to stop me from going nuts with food.

Maybe get a referral to a dietitian for some tips.

I see an integrative GP who put me on the HCG diet. It’s a dissolvable tablet taken once daily on prescription from a compounding chemist, combined with a VLCD (very low calorie diet)
I’ve lost 28kg so far. It’s not easy to start off with but so worth it when you start feeling healthier. Also a good idea to look into psychological support for getting to the root of your disordered eating
