STAT test- uni entry

Hi all,
I'm thinking of doing the STAT test later on this year to gain entry to university... would love to hear from others who got into uni this way and also any teachers as I'm looking at studying Early Childhood Education. Is the test hard? Do teachers work and prep a lot.during school holidays and weekends etc? Is it doable with 3 young kids? Tia

Instead of the stat test,I’ve just done a uni readiness evaluation which I passed and will now do a 14 week full time uni ready course and then I can go straight into an undergraduate,
Teaching is one I’m thinking of,I have 4 kids and a fifo husband so I’m not sure either,
It’s a lot of work from what I gather from my kids teachers,

I did the stat test and went on to do teaching.
At first yes, you’ll be working weekends and after school. I’ve been teaching 7 years and I still do around 3-4 hours of work each day after 3pm.
I generally don’t do anything in the holidays and weekends.
