Big hugs a lot of us have been there sometimes more than once and its okay to cry and grieve and feel so angry!! And definitely make an appointment to go see the doc
I just recently had my first miscarriage too. I went to the local hospital because I was cramping and bleeding quite heavily. There's nothing really they can do unless you want some pain relief so you could just go see your GP.
I'm also a negative blood but I didn't need an anti D injection because I was only about 5 weeks pregnant. I also called my obstetrician who delivered my first 2 babies and he confird I didn't need the anti d but sent me for a blood test to check my antibody levels.
It doesn't matter if it's your first or if you already have kids but a miscarriage still hurts for many reasons, mostly all emotionally. Rest up if you can, I felt tired and a bit off for a few weeks. And just know that it's not your fault and nothing could have stopped it. Sending hugs and good vibes your way.
