I have just been given this life changing book from a friend who has been talking about it, so I asked for it.
Within the first half an hour of reading it, I had our buckets set up. New bank, new super - everything!
Im SUPER excited to start this new chapter in our lives. We have never been 'strapped' but we definately are not rich. We live pay to pay but spend what we want (carelessly) when we want with money left over every week but we dont save it. We are what I would call 'comfortable'.
What I want, is success stories!
How has this book helped you? How much have you saved? How many holidays and where? What have you purchased? How tough/well were you doing before you read the book?
GIVE IT TO ME!!!! But feel free to answer privately using the link 😉

Love, love, love this book! We were basically living pay check to pay check - a single income family as I am at home with 2 toddlers. The main thing I loved about it is it's finally gotten my husband and I on the same page about money. I was a saver, he was a spender. It used to be something we fought over all of the time and now we never do.
We've been following the majority of it for about 12 months now. So far we have $4000 in mojo (would be more but my husband had a car accident without insurance - we were able to pay it out no worries though!), we've renovated our bathroom, redone our floors and bought a new tank (all up worth about $8000 worth of upgrades around the house - instead of paying rent we maintain my parents house that we live in), and we've been interstate to visit my husbands family twice, invested in shares for our kids and as of the start of the financial will start saving for a house deposit
I had a bit of a read but to me, most of it was just common sense so hasn't changed anything for us since I was already doing most of this.
