Hi all, roughly 2 years ago my daughter was stillborn as a result of a CMV infection. My partner and I have been talking about trying again so I have had my bloods taken. My Dr has sent me a copy of the results with the IgG and IgM breakdowns however when talking with him I’m not overly confident he knows a great deal about the implications of this virus during pregnancy. I can see my IgG has increased a great deal and my IgM has decreased but I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to find what the ‘safe’ IgG and IgM levels are online. Thank you in advance 💕

You need to speak with an obgyn, levels fluctuate in pregnancy, which can exasperate the condition.
If treating team are aware of infections they can treat them a systematically. When you did a swab at approx 38 weeks where you Swab the cervix it should have shown on that swab. If it didn’t, it would appear something changed or the area wasn’t swabbed correctly. Speak to an obstetrician before trying to conceive again so they can help you tackle these battles.
Good luck on your journey, and trust your OBGYN
Don't ask people on here this kind of question! Ask a professional who knows what they are talking about.
A significant increase in igg as you have stated then the person has an active CMV infection (primary or reactivated).
So you should test again in a few weeks and see if things are improving or worsening.
