Hey IMs, just in need of some fellow im's advice on knocking down and rebuilding/building our family home. We have a house in the west subs of Sydney and are desperately wanting to knock it down to build a house we can finally call our home. I'd love to know your stories/opinions and advice on the whole building situation. I am super nervous about finding the right builder and the renting whilst building part, as I know it'll cost us $$$! Any advice here will be more than welcome and appreciated!
