Weaning troubles

Hi Mums,
I had a plan to stop breast feeding, but I’m really finding it hard to do as my LO is very demanding and will only feed for comfort.
She is on formula, but will not drink it at night as she wants breast. She has teeth now too which is very uncomfortable for me. She will happily go all day without boob (depending how fussy she is that day) but she gets to a point of getting herself really worked up so I give in and will feed her (even with offering her bottle)
Please any advice will be greatly appreciated.
