27 week nasal bridge is broad and flattened but baby born without a syndrome?

This is my second baby, we had the harmony test done and it come back all good. Then at a scan it was found he had one multicystic kidney and club feet...so we have been closely monitored and at this 27 week scan it was said that his nasal bridge is broad and flattened likely to be a syndrome but when I had the consultation the dr said possible when I read the report it said likely. (It’s not Down syndrome) has anyone else had a scan like this and then given birth to a healthy baby? This is the first time syndrome has been mentioned.
