Sore and itchy since breastfeeding

Mummy’s I need some help! I stopped breastfeeding 2 1/2 months ago but for the last month I keep getting white “crusty” stuff on one of my nipples and today it is itchy any idea on what it could be (doctors in my area are a week long wait)
