Any real estate mamas? I'm looking at doing the certificates and getting my license. Just want to know how it works for you? Do you enjoy it? I am aware that there will be a lot of time required of me, is the income worth it? Do you manage opens and weekends okay with kids? I think I'd be good at it and want to predict I would enjoy it just want to make sure I'm not committing to something I cannot do once completed. Tia!

You will be working every weekend definitely not school hours. The base pay is rubbish and commission structures are different at each agency, some quite difficult to make good money.
Unless you know someone who can help you get your foot in door, it is next to impossible to get into this industry.
