What I’ve learnt, the only sign of labour is pain or waters breaking.
Everything else, just let it be, accept it, don’t analyse it.
It was just a symptom of pregnancy for me.
You sound like you may be suffering some anxiety and/or be exhausted and just generally "done". It might be hormones as well.
Hormones, Anxiety. Emotions, it can all happen. I found I got worse towards the end. Just make sure you follow it up with help once you have the baby if you still feel that way.
No, being emotional unfortunately is not a sign of labour. It is a crazy and ever changing world were a living in at the moment.
I'm 48, not pregnant and I want to cry. This virus is going to test us all. However, your hormones are probably playing a big part of this too.
Just take a deep breath, try and relax as much as you can and if you need anything, call on your mum, friends and family that you have around you.
Good luck xx
