Anxiety/panic disorder

Hi there I’ve just been diagnosed with anxiety/ panic disorder, just wondering if anyone else can give me some advice on how to manage it or how you cope please any advice would be great

Working with my psychologist I’ve used a lot of different techniques. Some specific to certain situations.
As a starting post guided meditations, redirection activities (when I feel my anxiety raising), recognising ‘triggers’ and having a plan for those specific triggers.
At times I’ve needed medication, but not always.
Exercise, fresh air, cognitive behaviour therapy have also featured.

It’s not been one thing for me, it’s a lot of little things and trial and error with my psychologist.
