I guess first step is have a chat with your GP. I can’t help sorry but am following as I’m thinking along the same lines as you - just small things that I see in children that are diagnosed and I can relate.
You need a psychiatric assessment by someone skilled in adult adhd diagnosis or you'll be on a depression/anxiety train you can't get off. There are quite a few around though.

Start by seeing your local gp and ask for a referral.
