Wat are some healthy snacks I could have between meals? I get so hungry and have to eat otherwise I feel sick.

Ham or nuts, protein kills hunger for me.
Protein, and make sure you eat protein with every meal. If I skip it Iām starving all day
Hommus and veggies. Carrot sticks and p.b. apple slices and p.b. rice crackers, ham and tomato, tin tuna, roasted chick peas, weight loss shake
Ham never fills me. It's moreish lol.
It really helped me to count calories. For a while i counted calories of every single thing I ate, kept a log and calculated daily intake. I checked absolutrly everything and it really helped me realise that my portions were enormous, I didnt even make a portion just start eating. So I began to choose food and a portion size before eating. A handful of ham and 6 jatz for example. Drink water too and eat fruit and veggies if still really hungry. If you have a daily goal, its easier to choose not to have more.
It also helped me realise how differently loaded things can be. A tin of tuna can be 260cal or 85 cal depending which one.
