No they all don't. I've had the same thing happen with my post.
I've noticed they get a bit mixed up sometimes but they usually do end up getting posted
They don't always get posted in order, admin seem to have a bit of their own system for scheduling website posts.
The only questions I've noticed not posted to Facebook are the ones that are offensive or extremely controversial.
