Financial assistance and depression

I will keep this as short as possible as I just wrote it all out the didnt post anonymously so deleted as my mum guilt is already horrendous, im a single mum of two adorable young children, we have been through emotional turmoil the last few weeks, i dont know where else to get advice, i am through customer assist with ergon, ive set up payment plans with telstra and every other bill I have but this week my pay hasn't even covered bills let alone left any money for food and fuel, i cant even afford the personal hygiene products i need atm, all of the local charity groups are either closed today or cant help, i only have access to a few due to my location, my depression is already affected by what has happened but I am in close contact with my doctor and other specialists. My kids have also just had a growth spurt so are in need of clothes and i have no idea how on earth im supposed to provide all of that, their father has left them completely high and dry he hasn't even made contact with them and is evading child support. I am open for all and any suggestions, I will attempt charities again next week but thats three days away and that's IF they can even help then or if they fob me off again. Thank you for listening.
