Teaching music to babies and toddlers

I'm considering starting a business teaching music lessons to babies and toddlers. I'm a third year special education student and was also quite a good musician before I had kids, I gained a few qualifications through instrumental and theory exams. I'm hoping to create a program that has some aspects of the Montessori philosophy, include small class sizes, cater for children with disabilities and are affordable - say $8 or $10 for half an hour. Do other mums find this reasonable? I'm trying to gauge interest before investing the time and money to start up.
