Hate trying to loose weight, so tired of being overweight. Ive tried so many things to shift it, im not generally an unhealthy person. I rarely eat take away I dont eat deep fried food and I dont eat a lot of meat. I literally have to starve myself to lose just a couple of kilos and believe you me I am an utter c**t when I'm hungry

Have you spoken to your GP? You can get a referral to a dietitian who may be able to help, but if you can't lose weight it may be prudent to get bloods done too
Weight loss surgery literally saved my life. I was 92kg however I was borderline diabetic. I struggled with food intake and no self control, after seeking professional help from a psychiatrist and dietician they continued to support me through the surgery. It’s no quick fix, you can still gain weight it’s merely a tool to assist you. Once I lost the 30kilos I was so fearful of gaining it, I changed the way I ate and I’m now 4 years post op and couldn’t be happier.
Speak to a dietitian. They will be able to help you with types of foods and quantities that will fill you up for longer, reducing the amount you are eating and not leaving you feeling hungry.
