I have a friend who has her kids early before the rest of our group. I've been spending alot of time with her and she is showing signs of postnatal depression.
Her youngest is 10 and eldest 14. Is it at all possible that she can still suffer from undiganosed post natal depression.

Yes. Especially undiagnosed, as if she hasnt had help then sure she would still suffer and the problems can just compound if she didn't resolve them. Im not sure if its technically called pnd or depression, but either way it's mental health issues and she needs to get help to get on top of it.
By now, it would be depression, or major depression disorder. Not post natal. Same treatment though. Targeted counselling and medication.
I agree here as PND is not medically diagnosed after a child turns 2. It becomes a different diagnosis then, like depression, or anxiety, without the post natal part.
Sounds like she just has depression. Is she a single mum? Life could be overwhelming for her especially if she's doing it all on her own.
