Hey ladies. I recently had my midwife appointment at 20 weeks and found out I have a low lying placenta. I’m now 22 weeks and won’t be going back to see if anything has shifted/changed until 32 weeks. My question is what can and can’t I do during this time? I was never told and dr google has me confused. Do I rest? Can’t lift heavy items? Can you be on your feet for long periods? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

I too had a low lying placenta and it didn’t inhibit anything I did or needed to do.
Business as usual - but of course check with your midwife or GP
